Ebony has a distinguished career working in various industries in Human Resources and Diversity for over 20 years with companies such as Gap Inc., FedEx Office and H&R Block. Ebony joined Starbucks in 2014 as a Human Resources Manager supporting senior leaders across multiple workstreams within company owned and licensed stores operations. She is currently serving as a Manager on the Global Inclusion & Diversity team, leading strategy work for Employee Resource Groups throughout the organization. Ebony has a strong passion for developing others and is known for her work on the development of onboarding programs for field leadership roles, HR strategy for transportation start up and leading diversity & inclusion programs at corporate levels. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management as well as the Texas Diversity Council. Ebony enjoys running, reading, community outreach activities and traveling with her sons.
