Elyse Rosenblum is a thought leader who has extensive experience working with private sector leaders, nonprofits, and foundations to develop a strategy to engage employers in creating talent pipelines to access opportunity youth, defined as young adults between the ages of 16 and 24 who are out of school and out of work. As a Principal of Grads of Life, Elyse is responsible for setting the strategy and direction of the Grads of Life initiative. Grads of Life consists of a multi-media advertising campaign designed to change how employers think about talent, an accompanying digital platform designed to help employers take action, and services to help employers develop innovative talent solutions that bring opportunity youth into their talent pipeline. Prior to her work leading Grads of Life, Elyse led the Employment Pathways Project, worked with the Kellogg Foundations New Options Project, Innovate+Educate and Corporate Voices for Working Families. Elyse holds a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and is a graduate of Williams College.
