Greg began working in the industry in 1996 with the Warner Truck group based in Salt Lake City. For the Warner group, Greg worked in various roles within the service department, parts department and new/used truck and equipment sales for the next 12 years. In 2008, Greg accepted a position with a Salt Lake City based trucking company, Turner Gas Company, and worked as their operations/fleet/safety manager and oversaw a fleet of trucks in the western United States.
Greg joined the Cummins team in 2012 as the Field Service Supervisor for the Salt Lake City branch in Rocky Mountain and worked with his team to take care of the needs of the industrial, on-highway and mining customers in the area. Greg transitioned into the Service Manager role for the branch and worked with the team to establish and build one of the strongest service operations in the Rocky Mountain region in regards to employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and sales efforts.
In January of 2017, Greg accepted a new role as the Service Director for the Rocky Mountain region. Greg’s responsibilities in his role include the process management of the service business, service business improvement efforts, and service growth initiatives in MRHD, HHP, and Power Generation service businesses. Greg and his team oversee the service business for the 16 branches throughout 8 US states. Rocky Mountain Region service operations currently employs +/- 500 employees in the US and Mexico. The service business is projected to generate $94 million in sales for 2017.
