Maure Baker has been in talent measurement for over a decade. He is the Director of Education and Testing Services at Performance Assessment Network [PAN], a PSI Business. PAN works with over 16,000 employer contacts and administrators to improve people decisions—from pre-hire selection to employee development and performance management.
For the past two years, Maure has headed up their newest initiative to help close the skills gap, creating tools that align the next generation workforce with the competencies and behaviors that 21st Century employers desire most. His goal is to help employers and institutions measure, develop, and track “soft skill” proficiency.
