Rachel Carlson is the co-Founder and CEO of Guild Education, working with leading companies around the US to offer Education as a Benefit to their employees. Guild’s programs improve recruitment efforts and boost retention, while providing credit for on-the-job training, academic support, tuition discounts, online classes and degrees for working adults. Selected as one of Forbes 30-Under-30 for Education in 2017, Rachel and Guild Co-Founder Brittany Stich have raised $10.5 million in funding and enrolled some 1,700 working adults. Rachel’s background includes an MBA, MA, and BA from Stanford University, as well as a stint in the Obama White House in the Office of Presidential Personnel. Rachel resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband, David.
