Sara is the Founder / CEO of StellarEmploy, a tech company that uses a proprietary talent and preference test and machine-learning algorithm to match frontline workers to jobs where they will excel. StellarEmploy derived from Sara’s PhD research in behavioral science and statistics at the Harvard Kennedy School, where she also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration – International Development. Sara has lived and worked in Latin America, Africa, and Asia in addition to the US. She holds a BA in International Relations with Honors from Stanford University.
Sara’s first job was as a Barista, and her three years at Starbucks played a major role in her decision to launch StellarEmploy.
