Fadekemi Adetosoye

Fadekemi Adetosoye serves as the Strategy and Innovation Leader at WAVE Academy, a non-profit in Lagos, Nigeria that seeks to increase economic opportunities for vulnerable youth in Africa. She helps to identify areas to utilize data and technology to match these underserved youth to jobs. This year at WAVE, Fadekemi led the project of building an employer portal to link employers and job candidates in a streamlined process, while eliminating proxies such as university degrees and years of experience, and instead focusing on skills.
