Before forming Executive Networks in 2007, Mike was the CEO of Executive Development Associates, Inc. Prior to that, Mike was a Vice President of Learning Services at The Concours Group, the Founder and CEO of Learning Technologies Group, Inc., and has worked for The Conference Board, Sirota & Alper Associates and the U.S. Congress. Mike is also a serial entrepreneur who has started, to varying degrees of success, eight companies (including Insync, NQuotient, Flerish, WiseGrowth Networks and Flourishing Metrics). Mike is the author of Corporate Learning: Proven and Practical Guidelines for Building a Sustainable Learning Strategy (Pfeiffer), Strategic Executive Development: The Five Essential Investments (Pfeiffer), The Connect Effect: Building Strong Personal, Professional and Virtual Networks (Berrett-Koehler) and Renovate to Riches: Buy, Improve and Flip Houses to Create Wealth (Wiley). Mike has a BA from the University of Michigan and a MPA, with a concentration in organizational behavior, from the University of Southern California.
