Biography
Nina Ladner graduated from University of Southern Mississippi, Gulf Coast Campus with a BS in Biological Sciences and is currently enrolled at Western Governors University pursuing an MBA in IT Management. After serving a short contract in the US Coast Guard, Nina began her professional career as a laboratory bench chemist before moving to a Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) role. This expertise brought her to Rural Sourcing in Mobile, AL, where she has since transitioned to her current position as Senior Delivery Manager. In this role, Nina is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of medium and large-scale enterprise projects.
Nina lives in her hometown of Gulfport, MS, with her husband, their four daughters, and a little blue Frenchie. Nina enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and cheering her daughters on in all their sports adventures. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Lifelines Counseling Services.
In 2017, Nina began a grassroots effort to help incorporate diversity and inclusion initiatives into the fiber of Rural Sourcing. “The Connection,” as it was called, spread to other development centers and in early 2020, the company-wide Inclusion Council was formed, where Nina serves as the Workplace Committee Chairperson.
“I joined Rural Sourcing because I truly connected with the mission of the company, and I really valued the ‘colleague first’ culture. I continue to be humbled by the servant leadership direction and encouraged by the upward growth of the company.”
