Reg Javier

Over the course of his career, Reg Javier has worked on policy development, system designs, redesigns, strategy development and implementation, operations, and capacity building at the local, state, and national levels. His work history includes over 25 years in agencies such as the State of California Employment Development Department, the San Diego Workforce Partnership, Workforce Investment Board, and the Boston based Public Consulting Group where he headed up national and international consulting in Workforce Development, Economic Development and Higher Education.  In October of 2016, Reg joined the County of San Bernardino as a Deputy Executive Officer overseeing the Economic Development Agency, which houses both the Economic Development and Workforce Development Departments.
